Choosing a Shipping Method

Sling It! Lacrosse uses UPS or USPS to ship all orders. Delivery times are calculated in business days. If you order an item on a weekend or a holiday, your order will not be processed until the following business day. In stock orders placed before 12 noon pacific Monday through Friday will ship same day.

Our warehouse is located in Northern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly. Please note that UPS Ground orders may take up to 24 hours to process so if you absolutely need it by a certain day, it is advised that you choose a UPS air delivery method.PLEASE NOTE: UPS charges a residential surcharge for all residential deliveries. To avoid this surcharge, consider shipping your order to a Business/Commercial Address.

Air Orders

All AIR orders placed prior to 12 noon PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. If you need a product by a specific date then please call us. Any order placed after 12 noon on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

UPS Pick Up

Orders leaving™ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.

Shipping to PO Boxes

UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address when entering your Ship To address. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on

Shipping to Canada

On, Canadian customers have two shipping methods to choose from; “Worldwide Express” or "World Wide Saver". Canadian Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. View rates for DUTIES AND TAXES. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer and UPS pays the duties and taxes on the importer's behalf, a fee of 2.7% (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged in addition to the Entry Preparation fees (see chart below).

  • UPS World Wide Saver
  • Delivers 2-3 business days.
  • Standard ground program, usually arrives within 7 to10 business days.
  • Brokerage fees, misc. fees and government taxes will be collect by UPS upon delivery.
  • If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.

    UPS World Wide Express
  • Most cost effective on more expensive orders.
  • Express shipping typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Brokerage fees and the majority of miscellaneous fees are included in the cost of shipping. Government taxes will be collected upon delivery.
  • If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order for a full refund (note, shipping fees are non-refundable) within 30 days of purchase. In order to qualify for a return, the items must be sent back unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging. The shipping date of your return must be within 30 days of the receipt of your original order. If you have lost or misplaced the original purchase receipt, please contact Sling It! Lacrosse Customer Care.

Return Information About Specific Items

Special orders, Team Orders, Team Store items, Custom printed items or other special accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Undergarments and jocks are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.

Online Return/Exchange Instructions:

1. Fill out the Online Return Authorization Request Form by clicking here.

A Sling It! Lacrosse customer service member will contact you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number within in a few business days.

NOTE: No item will be accepted by our warranty department without an RA number.

2. After you have received your RA Number, write the RA Number in BIG BOLD LETTERS/NUMBERS on the outside of the return box. Send back all items to be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt to:

3. Orders eligible for refunds, please allow 3-5 business days after receipt of your return for refund to post to your original form of payment (shipping charges are not eligible for refunds). If the return is a warranty request, a warranty review will be conducted within 3-5 business days of receipt of the warranty product. The warranty department will then contact you whether or not your product falls under the manufacturer's warranty. If your product does pass the warranty review, an exact or similar replacement item will be sent to the original shipping address.
